You simply call our Office and advise that you have finished with the Equipment. You will be given an Off Hire Number and an indication of when the equipment will be picked up if we are transporting.
We realise that things do not always go as planned and yes if you are not happy anytime throughout your Hire Experience please contact our manager on 07 3288 0202.
Whilst our equipment is subjected to rigorous checks before being hired to you, equipment can sometimes fail. Please contact our Office immediately. You will be informed of what we will do to rectify the issue.
We endeavour to schedule servicing when equipment in at our depot. However should the equipment require servicing whilst on your job site, our office will co-ordinate with you a convenient time for our service personnel to come to site.
No - You must notify the Office at the time of ordering your equipment that you do not work weekends. However if you are being charged a weekly or monthly rate this does not apply.
Whilst our equipment is charged for time out and not time used, we understand that sometimes things don't go as planned. Our Office must be notified by 8.30am and a suitable arrangement agreed upon.
Instructions can be made upon ordering the equipment as to where on site the equipment is to left and arrangements made for the collection of the key if required.
Our Hire Rate covers you for normal cleaning fees. Should the equipment be returned excessively dirty a cleaning fee will be charged. You will be advised of this fee dependant on the time taken to remove the dirt.
