Whilst our equipment is charged for time out and not time used, we understand that sometimes things don't go as planned. Our Office must be notified by 8.30am and a suitable arrangement agreed upon.
No - You must notify the Office at the time of ordering your equipment that you do not work weekends. However if you are being charged a weekly or monthly rate this does not apply.
We do allow Wet Weather stand downs . Our Office must be notified by 8.30am on each occurrence and you will be issued with a Stand Down Number.
